  • THIS OPTION IS FOR ATHLETES WHO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT WITH MAKING WEIGHT AND/OR PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION/MINDSET/DIET MANIPULATION FOR SPORT OR COMPETITION.

    THIS IS ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR COMPETITIVE WEIGHT-CLASS ATHLETES.

    IF YOU ARE AN ATHLETE LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL OR ARE A COMPETITIVE NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL ATHLETE IN A WEIGHT-CLASS SPORT, THEN THIS OPTION IS FOR YOU!

    IT'S VITAL TO MAKE SURE THAT AS AN ATHLETE, MEAL TIMING AND STRUCTURE OF MEALS ARE ON POINT FOR PERFORMANCE NUTRITION OPTIMIZATION.

    WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BODY, MIND, BIOFEEDBACK, & STRUCTURE OF YOUR MEALS ARE ALL THE MAIN FOCUS OF OUR CHECK-INS, ESPECIALLY AS WE GET CLOSER TO COMPETITION TIME.

    YOU WILL HAVE WEEKLY CHECK-INS + 1 VIDEO CHECK-IN PER MONTH THAT WILL FOCUS ON EXACTLY THIS IN ADDITION TO DAILY TEXT ACCESS 1 MONTH OUT FROM COMPETITION.

    THIS OPTION REQUIRES A 3-MONTH COMMITMENT.
