Core Coaching Package
The Core Package includes the best of our services. You will be assigned to your own nutrition coach who you will check in with on a weekly basis through our text based app. Your nutrition plan will be fully customized to you, your goals and your body’s specific needs. Whether you are looking to just feel a little better everyday or lose weight - we got you!
How does it work?
Weekly Check-ins via Our Client Portal
You will have in-depth weekly check-in with the coach through our client portal. You coach will review your food logs, analyze biofeedback data, assess your habit tracking, and overall progress. In between your regularly scheduled check ins you can message your coach so you have support all week long!
In-Depth Check-In Analysis
Check-ins will be analyzed within our portal where you will recieve Loom Video replies. Expect to receive a voice memo or video recording from your coach analyzing your check-in and providing in-depth feedback, recommendations and kudus for working hard towards your goals.
3-Month Commitment for Sustainability
All our plans require a minimum 3-month commitment so we have time to build healthy habits and for your coach to learn about you through routine communication. You’re able to ask questions and receive feedback daily so we can make the most of each week but we believe in steady, sustainable change, not quick fixes.
