I started my nutrition journey with Lex a few years back and she is SUCH an amazing coach! She has helped me achieve whatever goals I set for myself, whether it’s as simple as wanting to see my abs over the summer or wanting to hit all the PR’s. She helps make my nutrition journey easy by helping me listen to what my body is saying or needs and includes me in any changes needed to satisfy these needs. I would have quit this nutrition journey a long time ago if it wasn’t for the results I get from Lex’s coaching!

After working my way through some habit- and macro-based nutrition programs, I was really excited to see that Alexa had a one-time consult option available. I felt like I knew what to do, I just really needed to talk out my strategy and then go do it. Alexa was terrific in the consult: prepared, knowledgeable, and left plenty of time for all of my questions. I'm about 6 weeks into my first phase and my numbers have been *spot on.* I'm feeling strong, fueled, and, for me, I love not having to spend time on weekly check-ins, etc. I have all the tools I need to stay consistent and make progress towards my goals. The resources Alexa provided are straightforward and easy to use.

For almost the last 6 months, I have been working with Faith as my nutrition coach. Initially, I was nervous that Cedars Nutrition wasn't going to be the right decision for me since I am not a competitive weightlifter, but I was wrong.  Working with Faith at Cedars Nutrition has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself this year.  She has made sure to fully understand my goals by asking questions and being thorough during our conversations.  Faith has helped me develop a healthy mindset with my food as I have struggled in the past with it.  With her help and guidance, I have been able to establish healthy habits to implement on a daily basis.  In these short 6 months, my body fat has decreased while my muscle mass has increased.

Before I started working with Faith, I thought my nutrition was “good enough.” I believed I was eating the right amount for my body, my food quality was solid, and I had a healthy relationship with food—but my body wasn’t responding the way I wanted it to.
