Pro Nutrition Coaching

This package was built for the individual who would like to develop a more personal connection with their coach through monthly live calls in addition to their weekly text based check ins. Our Pro clients will also be able to text message their coach between check ins if something comes up or they have a question. This is a favorite among our weight class athletes but is a great fit for anyone wanting a little more access to their coach.

How does it work?

Weekly Check Ins

You will have in-depth, weekly check-in with the coach through our client portal. You coach will review your food logs, analyze biofeedback data, assess your habit tracking, and overall progress.

Monthly Video Call

Each month you will have a video call with your coach that gives you the opportunity to work through challenges in real time and work collaboratively to establish goals and optimize your nutrition.

3-Month Commitment To Ensure Sustainability

All our plans require a minimum 3-month commitment so we have time to build healthy habits and for your coach to learn about you through routine communication. You’re able to ask questions and receive feedback daily so we can make the most of each week but we believe in steady, sustainable change, not quick fixes.
