  • Yes, you can take Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, or other GLP-1 medications while working with your nutritionist. We do not prescribe medications, provide medical advice, or manage medication dosing with regard to any GLP-1 medications.

Any questions regarding medications should be directed to your healthcare provider. Our role is to help you build sustainable nutrition habits and ensure you're meeting your nutritional needs while using these medications.

  • No. While we strongly encourage some form of regular physical activity for overall health, you do not need to be exercising to benefit from nutrition coaching.

Many of our clients participate in strength training, but we also work with runners, CrossFit athletes, weightlifters, team sport athletes, and individuals who simply want to improve their health.

  • Nope! While many of our clients track calories and macronutrients, tracking is not the right fit for everyone.

Your nutritionist will work with you to determine the best approach based on your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and preferences. Depending on your needs, this may include macro tracking, portion guidance, habit-based coaching, meal structure, or a combination of approaches.

  • We do not provide strict meal plans.  Instead, we teach you how to build meals, make informed food choices, and create a way of eating that is sustainable long term. We will always help and provide you with meal examples, food recommendations, portion guidance, recipes, and meal timing strategies to help you succeed.

  • No, our expertise is nutrition coaching. While we may collaborate with your coach or training team when appropriate, we do not provide exercise programming.

  • Results vary based on your starting point, goals, consistency, and lifestyle.

For most clients pursuing fat loss, a sustainable rate of loss is approximately 0.5–1% of body weight per week. Our focus is on achieving results that are maintainable long term rather than relying on aggressive dieting strategies.

  • No problem! We regularly work with clients who have food allergies, intolerances, religious dietary preferences, and medical dietary restrictions. Your nutrition plan will be customized to your individual needs.

  • Absolutely not. One of our core coaching principles is helping clients learn how to include foods they enjoy while still making progress toward their goals. We believe nutrition should enhance your life, not make you miserable.

  • We combine evidence-based nutrition coaching with real-world practicality.

Our coaches have experience working with everyone from beginners to international-level athletes. Rather than providing generic meal plans, we focus on education, accountability, behavior change, and personalized support so you can build habits that last.
